The scenery is beutiful good location but when you go to the rooms the smell of sewer is very strong by the hallway. Its like your smelling poop around you the room is dusty smelly we suppose to stay 3 day we left after 2 days my sons can't stand it anymore rooms is small and smells we open the door by the veranda so the nasty smells go away. Its our first and last to go there that place is a waste nice view but no ones take care of the inside just beautiful the sorroundings and the check in place .

This was the second year a group of about 15 of us stayed here over the July 4th weekend. Most of us have younger children. I sat at the pool from 10-6 two days in a row. I was hoping a waitress would serve us we didn’t have to leave our things pool side. I asked multiple times for service so I could feed our children or get them a drink. I was told by the waitress that she can only serve us if I had a cabana. We tried to order food from the pool and the staff decided they didn’t were done serving food before they were scheduled to. One of the parents had to speak to a manager just to order chicken fingers. Some mothers were told to walk to the restaurant and feed her kids then come back to the pool. We end up buying a cabana so we can get some sort of service and we still had to walk to the bar just for drinks. We all work in the hospitality industry. This experience was horrendous. We wanted to make this weekend an annual thing. Sadly we will never stay there again.

We had to wait for 8 hrs to do check in and didn't get a room until almost 2:30 am. it was a disaster. Never going back. People were being sent to other hotels because there was no rooms and no staff to clean the rooms..

Setting was lovely, but was a ghost town with very limited dining, no spa appts available in the 4 days we were there. Couldn’t get a cup of coffee anywhere in the pm. Not worth $.

It was 110 plus and you expect seniors to enjoy pool during daytime. The pool should have been ab as ilable in the evening. So I didnt get to do anything at hotel.
