We stayed here for only one night, as just a place to sleep to break up our 11 hour drive to Glacier National Park. Hotel was pretty dirty on the outside, all trash cans were overflowing. Our room was a non-smoking room, but it had a horrible smell of its own. Carpet was filthy, door frames were black from dirty hands, tub didn't drain well, beds were SO uncomfortable (like lumpy mountains), the deadbolt on the door didn't even work or line up with the hole in the door frame. The only way to lock the door, was to use the latch, which doesn't give much piece of mind. Anyone could break through that. Also, there were dead spiders in two of the towels in the bathroom! So disgusting. The ice machine also wasn't working. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Breakfast was probably the best part. Waffles, toast, yogurt, muffins, apples, cereal and juices. Nothing else positive to say about the place. It was pretty gross. We don't plan to ever stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else and spend a little more money.

I stayed here with my dog for a dog show and was dismayed at how FILTHY they place was. I realize the hotel was undergoing some renovations, but there is no excuse for filthy fingerprints on doors and shower stalls and a filthy carpet. There was also only a tiny patch of grass on which to exercise/potty my dog. I am quite disappointed.

The motel was selling “dirty” unclean rooms which is beyond unexceptionable in our COVID world. Our room was not only NOT cleaned but had no bedding. The front desk person was nice but overwhelmed. He gave us some clean sheets and pillow cases that were queen for our king bed. We had to make the bed ourselves and was given two fitted sheets which made sleeping an adventure. In the morning we tried to find a “working” ice machine to no avail. Companies should not be permitted on any of the hotel sites, if they are selling uncleaned rooms. This is a blight on the industry and a poor business model. Not to mention the legal liability of contracting COVID. This is the second time we have run into this situation. You as an industry either need to correct the problem or sell your interests to someone who actually gives a damn.

There was no smoke detector in our room, it had been removed and the wiring was hanging from the ceiling.

This old motel was given a face lift with Lino over Lino which didn’t cover properly... the carpets were filthy... after walking barefoot we had to wash our feet. The dead bolt didn’t work. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Never again. ☹️
