The check-in process was flawless, the clerk was friendly and made sure we were aware of all key features and procedures. The room was generally clean and tidy and the beds were invitingly perfect! The tea/coffee cups were very filthy, with caked-on food, and put away in the cupboard. We washed them well, with soap, before using them, and again after we used them. There was only one fork in the drawer. The toilet paper roller kept falling off from its holder as the two holder ends were loose. We would have given an Excellent overall rating if these details had been attended to as expected.

The gentleman at the desk did not seem qualified for the job really. We had seen availability online and my husband went in , he told him no rooms available. So, I made the reservation online and then I went in . Gave him my information and he said online is over selling our rooms , we don’t have ANY rooms!!! I waited … and he did more on his computer and …… found a room!!!! But, had I not persevered I would have left when there actually was a room and online also said there was a king smoking room available.
The room was VERY comfortable we enjoyed our stay . Except there was 1 towel in bathroom. Husband went to desk for another and they said they didn’t have any. Waiting on a shipment and had given housekeeping all towels. So we shared a towel!!!
