We're an amazing Lake & Mountain view community. We do not have lake access. No Smoking in Cottage/Porches/Patios, NO pets/animals or visiting pets/animals on property. NO exceptions. No Smoking, No trailers or anything in tow.

We strongly advise purchasing Travel insurance that is offered during checkout. Contact VRBO with any questions regarding the policy. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies. 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival date.
Late checkin/early checkout are nonrefundable. Any adjustments will fall under same refund policies. $25 charge for no-shows.

Hike the many area trails, enjoy scenic drives, and relax near beautiful waterfalls. The nearby Ocoee and Nantahala Rivers offer kayaking and whitewater rafting adventures. Ride horses and mine for gems. Several area courses offer golfing and tennis.
