Convenient to good shopping and dining options at King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. Beautifully maintained grounds. The main downside was the lack of convenience in obtaining and returning pool towels. We were in Building 24 and there was never an attendant at the pool between our building and Building 25, despite being informed by the main pool house attendant that someone would be there. The front desk said there's a staffing shortage. Another on-property dining option other than the Bistro would have been nice.

The staff was so friendly! And the condo was great, it was a two bedroom with a great kitchen and a huge tub in the master bathroom. The pools were nice and we got to use amenities at Hilton Waikoloa which was good too! Great place for a family!

We booked months ago and requested an early check in as our brother was getting married at Hilton that day. Tried to check in couple hours early, but room not ready so they said they would text when ready. We heard nothing so went back right before check in time and told lady we were hoping to get in early as we wanted to shower, etc before wedding. Another lady brought us room info saying it was now ready, even though others in line were getting rooms who were just checking in. Got to our room and we were given ADA room with no shower, only a tub! I had told 3 people there I needed to shower before wedding. Called and was told there were no other rooms available but could move next day. Every single room on their website lists a shower, including the ADA rooms and the one I booked and paid for months prior. After I said I would talk to management they found me another room and said it was right downstairs and they would bring new keys. 20 minutes later and multiple attempts to call for update, still no keys and finally were told we had to get them from front desk. Instead of early check in, we ended up in our room nearly half hour after check in. Did not have time to wash or style hair, were late for wedding and we had mother of groom with us, and my husband was not able to drive his brother to hotel for pictures and he had to get a ride from someone else as we were outside the new room waiting for keys that weren't coming. Room we got was great, but that was unacceptable!

I would only suggest that the pool area have longer hours for the bar and the food area, also the entertainment was good but only 2 hours per day, I would have liked to see longer hours for that. the Kings shops closed at 6pm? we were not likely to shop during the day only at night. I might suggest to change these hours to maybe open later but stay open until 10PM.

We liked how close we were to the pool, shopping, dining and beaches. There was nothing I didn’t not like. We had a fabulous stay and we all were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
