The 3 reasons i chose this hotel was location- near where i was going; full breakfast- good; and indoor pool- closed! The sign said temporarily, but a staffer told me it has been closed for 2 years. That's unacceptable, and borders on fraud. It's not cheap. I will be contacting their Corporate office. I travel a great deal and i expect the place to be what is advertised.

Vincent, thank you so much for letting us know you displeasure about the pool being closed. Our HIlton website does not list a pool. You may have see it advertised on Expedia, but that is on them and not us. We have told Expedia time and time again that the pool is not open, BUT we have no control over what they advertise. Your anger should go towards their advertising.
