The rooms were clean the front staff was friendly the only thing I didn’t like is no fridge or microwave in the room. And the hot tub was broken. And they charged for breakfast

Im sorry about not having the fridge or the microwave in the room, We are working on getting a fridge in each room and we do have a microwave downstairs in the lobby available at all times. We do charge for breakfast every morning, We offer a 15 dollar plus tax breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday and regular restaurant breakfast service Wednesday to Friday.

the fact that someone entered into our room without our permission, went through our belongings, the chester drawers (which were empty) and tried to break open the locked luggage is very disheartening and despicable. Whenever we leave the room we lock the door, turn the handle and push the door to make sure its locked. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

The lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel needed a lot of updating. The carpets in the hall was awful. there also was not free breakfast.

Run down. Slow service with management standing around. Rooms are dirty with stained carpets and mold in bathrooms. Need I say more?

Was given the wrong room at first (we booked a double bed room and was originally given a single bed room for 3 people in our party) … carpets in the room were all buckled and damp .. sheets and blankets felt like they were taken out of the dryer too soon and were still damp .. both keys deactivated after 1 day .. towels were not replaced in the bathroom 2 nights in a row and we had to call at 11PM to get new ones delivered. Restaurant areas were closed for renovation.
