Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping replaced towels and coffee service each day. Thought breakfast was included, not an additional charge. Breakfast buffet included lots of choices.

Front desk staff were great, as were the bar staff--friendly and efficient. But I took the coldest shower of my life, as there was NO hot water. They had a boiler malfunction, but did not alert their guests. Poor way to treat customers!
