Welcome to the Riverfront King Suite in Mansion #12. This historic mansion boasts some of it’s original 1907 charm and architecture paired with modern amenities. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to everything!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have complete private access to the apartment and the enclosed rear porch. The front porch and backyard are common areas shared by other residents/guests of the mansion.

This unit is a second-floor apartment. Will need to climb the stairs.

This place is special, can t enough good things.
Nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. The host are very helpful and attentive and in one case saw I had no toaster and actually went and bought one. Much much better than staying in a hotel at the equivalent. My only concern is that it will be too popular and I wont be able to stay since it will be booked up. Great experience.

Hard to Review...
There are parts of this property that are 5 star but there are parts that are not. Tania, at the Eden Group, is awesome! She makes the check in process easy and is readily available to answer questions. We had an issue with the lock and she immediately remedied it. The location on the Susquehanna River is beautiful. The picture shown on the website is from the front porch which is a common area. It is not so inviting to sit there as there are dead plants and waning boards. The apartment is on the second floor and this common area is on the first. There is no view of the River from the apartment. The apartment is very clean! It has been remodeled recently and looks great! The bathroom however has a clawfoot tub/shower. It is beautiful and fits the older mansion. It is a narrow area and you need to be careful getting in and out. The house is quiet and the other tenants are nice. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Home 231 (.8 mile) and Millworks (.6 mile). Walking along Front Street was nice. Some other streets you may want to stay away from. My husband and I travel quite often and were celebrating our Anniversary. Although this was a nice property, it was not what we would typically expect for a 5 star location. Again, some aspects are great and some were not what we anticipated. It is a one bedroom apartment in the back of an older, slightly updated mansion. I booked it based on the 5 star ratings from previous renters and can't in good conscience say that it fits that.

Good long weekend
The property was clean and the check-in was seamless. Parking was tight, so larger vehicles may have a bit of trouble, but it wasn't impossible. Standard downtown noise at night but not distracting.

The apartment was beautiful, quant and very clean. So nice of Tania to leave little snacks and coffee for us. If I need to stay in Harrisburg again this would be the place I would book. My friends and family felt the same way
