The room smelled and a fragrance was used to mask it. The front of toilet bowl below the rim was not cleaned. I wished there was a sheer curtain along with the black out drapes. It is either completely exposed or completely dark. All other aspects of the room was up to par

We were disappointed. We had a family emergency and were unable to go. No refund. So we lost our money and our stay.

We checked in and went to our room. The door was ajar. Upon openig the doir, the sheets were thrown in a heap on the bed. Had to get another room. Bed was not made. Office staff was rude.

The room we reserved wasn't available so we got an upgrade with a king sized bed and a full refrigerator and kitchenette. The staff was friendly and check in/out went quickly and smoothly. Only down sides was that the pillows were a bit small, only one ice machine, and it was a little loud when people went up/down the stairs since our room was right next to them.

Best affordable accommodations in Hermiston. The rooms are clean, up-to-date, and the staff is friendly. If you don’t need fancy amenities, this is a good option. It feels safe and is fairly quiet. We were near an exit and were woken in the mornings by the door closing; next time I’d choose a room further from an exit. Otherwise, we liked the room and will stay here again.
