It was good but I was surprised when I got charged by the reception more than what my reservation stated. She explained to me it was for incidentals. I appreciated when there was a maintenance issue; they responded very quickly.

The elevator was not working. The clerk was non caring and rude. (A young lady who did not tell us about breakfast or other amenities. Her attitude was “if you like it OK, if you don’t I am not concerned.) I meant to write a letter, but here it is. We have been in many HI and have always had good to excellent experiences. Thank you.

The Lady at check in was one of the most pleasant people I've ever met. Hotel is clean quiet and comfortable.
