It was quaint, very quiet and peaceful, away from traffic, beautiful property. Right now the wifi is slow though at 9 pm.

It was difficult using GPS and finding it on a map, but once there loved the location and restaurant across the street. Staff sat Fort Conde Inn and restaurant were nice.

When I arrived at Fort Conde Inn, they turned me away and told me my reservation was for a different night! They were rude and uncaring!! I was not allowed to check in and had to try to find another place to stay.

Our room was located within a restored old house. We loved the decor and the hardwood floors. Breakfast each morning was delicious. My one complaint was the air conditioning ran constantly and did not cool adequately. The room remained very humid.

Excellent experience.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Close to bars and restaurants. The people of Mobile were so friendly--a fun city. The chef, Robbie, and breakfast were outstanding.
