This is not an hotel. Reception non existent. No information or fire instructions anywhere. Seems to be some sort of school or college. No bar. No restaurant for evening. Ants on breakfast food. Room more like child's room. Large balcony - no shade. Massive building - we were the only people there most of the time No TV Good wifi connection. Good AC. Expedia should not be presenting this as a hotel It is not.

Couple of nights stop over in La Marina
A basic room, no airs & graces. Bed was enough to sleep in but nothing special. Could be a really great place if updated. All that said, it was what I expected for the price that was paid.

We booked for two nights but left after one. Did t get told where room was or breakfast. Sold as hotel but seems to be college dorm. Aside from that although technically in Guardamar it’s really la marina and nothing nearby. Car essential

Very nice hotel outside of Guardamar. Car is needed for shopping but local beach is in walking distance.

Para descansar y desconectar sin lujos.
Es una residencia Marista reconvertida o "Tuneada" a Hotel. Todos los servicios son correctos y decentes sin llegar al lujo ni excentricidad por supuesto. La piscina es un lujazo, de sal, temperatura ideal, con zona para jacuzzi o similar y chorros tipo spa, de lo mejor. El personal súper amable y dispuesto. Para ir a la playa recomendable coger el coche, y con tramo final andando de 10 minutos mínimo.
