The front desk person Lou, was very professional, helpful and she had a pleasant attitude at all times. She was the only person I saw working the front desk and you never seen a frown on her face. She help with breakfast, cleaning she is a jack of all trades.

Bathroom in the room was dirty. No juice or coffee fot the Continental breakfast, both machines were not working. But all the staff that i came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.

I couldnt.breathe,the room smelled like mole.The air conditioner was leaking.the refrigerator didnt get cold. The breakfast was nasty,amongst other things.I can go.on and on about how terrible this place was.

OMG and Wow not enough room here to tell correctly

Pros: other than one horrible staff member, the others were nice.
Cons: How do you improve a nasty employee? Change linens as promised. And get rid of the Deposit that is not a Deposit.
Location: It's in a place you wouldn't expect a motel to be. Nothing to do nearby. My phone said the best places to EAT were 7 Eleven, McDonalds and Hardees.
I stayed here for 9 nights prepaid. When I checked in, I was told they need $50 deposit.I have never had to do this.She had no answer but that I would get the deposit back when I checked out. I was stuck. Room was “motel clean”. Went down to breakfast, with 15 mins. left; only one other person there. At 9:30 maid loudly saying “Breakfast is over!” went zooming through as fast as she could flipping everything off as she went, even the TV in front of me.I said can I get a juice? she said, “I said breakfast is over” I said “I can’t move as fast as you.” She did flip it back on for a sec.Next day I see this is her job. I took her picture so she knew, she became polite. Near end of stay,hung ‘don’t disturb’ sign As Usual, & went down to breakfast; went up, removed sign, left for day. Made call in park lot. Came back, room not done all towels dirty. Called down & told nothing can be done.In the morning , saw a maid & talked to her. She said a ‘stay over’ maid does my room, to tell front desk.I tell front desk &she said I had Don’t Disturb up. Which I said I took down & I told her the phone call I made was at 10:42am in the parkin lot, I know when I left the room. Before check out time. How am I supposed to know their habits?Get out at 10:30am? So I go to get breakfast & the maid loudly confronts me in front other guests! She is StayOverMaid! I was shocked! Rude! .Checked out asked Deposit. No.Gave me $39.74. Told me because I didn’t prepay all.Huh? It’s not a Deposit. Its a Rip Off

Missing pieces of cabinetry in bathroom Exposed pipes in bathroom Free breakfast was not appetizing Repairman had to come by and fix the television Bath towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom were damp instead of dry We had to request a roll of toilet paper Staff were unresponsive and/or not professional (complaining about being sick because of their hectic work schedule; talking on telephone without acknowledging my standing there to check out; so I just left the room keys on the counter and walked out The view from our room was of our roof There was no literature in room about hotel or surrounding shopping or restaurants

A nice place to stay.

Have stayed here several times. Staff are very accomodating. Breakfast was quick and good. They even had ice cream sundaes in the evening! I recommend this hotel.

This room was clean. The property was relatively new, so we had a nice time there. it was very clean and modern and quiet.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We were plesantly surprised by this property. We almost always stay at Comfort Inns, and and expect certain standards. We were surprised by how new this place was, however, and we were able to really relax there.

Clean and affordable

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
The neighborhood was older and slightly industrial. There was not much in the immediate area to do or places to eat. It was great for a place to stay on business but would be less acceptable for vacation.
