Property was in sad condition Last night stay- I left at 2:30 AM due to continued stomping, dropping items and otherwise disrupting noise that resulted in no sleep. Front desk attendant was not helpful during departure.

Easy check in, she let us view a room before we booked. We are pleased that the pet fee was very reasonable and that the room rate was as well!

The property is visible from the freeway but a little difficult to navigate to.

The beds were very uncomfortable and blanket not too warm, too lightweight for this time of year. Only one wastebasket, should be two, one in bath, other in bedroom.

The heating and air need an upgrade and more than one person working so if you need a blanket or something they can bring them it.

This was the worst experience. The hotel requested another 100.00 at check in for a deposit, I had already paid for my stay in full when I made my reservation and they have not returned it to my card. I did not request any other services during my stay that would have caused them not to refund the deposit. Also I requested maid service every day, had left money for a tip, and no one ever came. I had to take my own trash out every day, and go get towels, which were piled into my arms by the front desk, with soap and toilet paper for me to carry up to my room!!!! All the dirty towels were piled in the bathroom for three days. The sheets were never changed and first night I found crumbs in my bed!! This is a dirty hotel, no service and I will never go back and will highly recommend you remove this hotel from your site. It looks like a tweeker hotel. I want my money back, I paid a deposit for what? To get my own supplies and clean my own room? I want all my money back and will file a formal compaint

Ooof, I am so disappointed in the property. The lobby was dirty and the rooms were horrible. Walls were banged up, and the bed was so bad! Completely sagged in the middle. I can’t believe the price for a hotel in this condition. They really need to make some upgrades and improvements

Although the room was clean, I didn't think that it the price aligned with the quality of the room. I got locked in the bathroom my first day. But I was given a discount on the stay for my inconvenience. I was especially appreciative of Eric (the night clerk). He was very helpful and when I needed to make some changes to my reservation, he provided me with a better room and didn't require the deposit. He was great!!
