The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle from the airport was great. Our driver was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for getting around and also getting to the people mover to catch the bus for our cruise. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful & in a great location. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The only issue I have with the hotel is that I had payed weeks in advance & it was a refundable stay. I had reached out to Travelocity to let them know I’d be staying 3 nights instead of 4 & if this was an issue I would just cancel my stay completely & take the refund & book elsewhere. Travelocity reached out to the hotel & was told they’d adjust my reservation & after my stay I’d be refunded for the 1 night I didn’t use. That was false & now they are declining the refund request which is really disappointing. When I arrived I was told the room wasn’t ready it still needed to be cleaned which means it was rented out on the night that I paid for that I didn’t use.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. Yeah, the room was small but it’s Venice! I could sit in bed and listen to boats go by all day. The breakfast was enjoyable and worth the extra €.

Great hotel located close to transportation areas.

Pros: Location, friendly & helpful staff, breakfast included in room cost.
Cons: Add shower curtains in bathrooms.
Location: Near the main transportation hub on Venice Island. Within walking distance of major sites. Many historic sites, restaurants and shopping nearby.
Researched several hotels in the Venice area and this one had competitive pricing and a great location. Arrived a day early for a Mediterranean cruise and stayed 3 days after the cruise. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and adequate for two since we were gone most of the day. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful (and have a sense of humor as well). Breakfast is included in the room price.

We had a most pleasant stay at the hotel

Pros: .. Great staff. Every one we had contact with was polite and respectful. .. The room was very comfortable and the staff was always helpful.
Cons: .. Leave the fridge cabinet door open. Fridge cannot function properly in an oven.( cabinet door close) .. Install windows screen for mosquito/ flies
Location: Best location for.in / out transportation. Bus terminal, water taxi, railway station. Quick access to anyplace in Venice.
Super location to get in and out of Venice. We were able to walk, get a taxi and Bus easily. The hotel provided a map of venice which we use for our travel ING in Venice The staff were great . they even provide us with a n early B/F Bag with all the good stuff. We love it.
