I had requested a handicapped room and when I checked in I was told reservation was not for handicapped room. Told them husband was unable to walk much and uses a mobility scooter. Person on desk said let me see what I can do. He found us a handicap room! Wonderful service and nice people work there!

Only issue was morning staff. Had an emergency during travel to location arriving very late. Check-in desk permitted late checkout; wrote notes in room account. Cleaning staff knocked on door waking us and we told them abt late checkout even though sleeping sign was out and soon after, front desk rang room one time then hung up. Very rude! Certainly not appreciated.

Hi Ms. Judy, I do apologize for the inconvenience during your stay with us. I have had the discussion with my Guest Service Representative as well as t he shift before her. Documentation did show that you had the late checkout request, that would explain why the housekeeper knocked on your door. I have instructed GSA's to record documentation as soon as they receive a request from a guest. Hopefully, if you choose us again in the new future this will not happen. Thanks for choosing the Hampton Inn & Suites.
