Some of the staff made us feel welcome.Some were not too keen to change the room because we couldn't sleep because of a neighbourhood dog barking.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I would recommend this hotel to a friend but making sure they didn't get a room towards the side as there was a dog in a building opposite that barked and barked all the time. I was under the impression that I had booked breakfast but the hotel said I hadn't and wanted to charge us €15 each per day for the priviledge. There is a lovely café just across the road where breakfast can be obtain for less than half that charged by the hotel. When I mentioned to the reception that I thought the price was extremely high I was told to go out and find a cheaper café. The second room we had was small but adequate but above all the place was extremely clean.

Our Honeymoon

We spent the first three of our nine nights on the Canary Islands at the NH Imperial Playa. What a treat! We told the very friendly and helpful front desk personnel that it was our honeymoon and they were generously able to give us a water view balcony -- which I highly recommend. The room was modern and spotless and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing - not to mention steps from the sand and sea. I would love to stay there again.
