Room was not cleaned and ready when I arrived, even though we made reservations more than 7 months ago. Desk clerk said three house-keepers called in sick today.

Hello James, we sincerely apologize for the unforeseen staffing issue.

The hotel had no heat for 4 days and we weren’t notified. It was too cold in the room to stay. One would hope that for $306 you could at least have heat. We had to leave and find another place to stay I hope that Travelocity will honor their word and reimburse us in full. This was a terrible experience.

Check-in was quick and the front desk agent was incredibly friendly!! She gave so many restaurant recommendations when I inquired, and answered all of my questions. Housekeeping came by the next morning to see if I needed anything. The room itself was clean upon check in and very cozy & roomy!! I have nothing but great things to say! Thank you for a great stay!

Property is clean,but noisy. Room and hotel is clean. My room is nice, however it will be a sleepless night as I my as well be sleeping on a rock. While I don't expect luxurious mattresses in a 3 star hotel, I do expect more than a rock. I would not stay here again for this reason.
