This place is old and dated! Hole in entrance door where rodents and bugs could come in. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Front desk very unfriendly.

Thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback which is very important to us. We apologize for the less than perfect stay you had, which is never our intentions. We will be updating all guest rooms this winter with new carpet, new paint, remodeling the bathrooms and more. Housekeeping stated they did not see or find any bugs in your room and maintenance and management have also went to your room and found no holes in the entrance door to the room. Again, we apologize. We wish you a great day.

Conveniently located in town near pak entrance and stunning views from all directions around the property. Room was a little musty, but otherwise in good condition.

The location was great. The view was nice. The rooms and breakfast are adequate, but nothing special. The man who serviced the breakfast area worked very hard everyday and kept the area spotless. The king bed was fine. The bunk mattress seemed worn out or inadequate. Housekeeping was a low point. The king bed was made everyday rather sloppily. The bunk bed was never made. Fresh towels were delivered daily and that seemed to be about it. One day the pile of used wet towels was left on top of my suitcase. Overall a great visit to Zion, but the hotel and room were just average for the money.
