Check in clerk had very little knowledge of the layout of the property. At check in we were directed to Rm 902 at Hotel Villagio. When we got to the room we discoved it was used for housekeeping supplies. Unfortunately the front desk clerk sent us to the worng property. The room he meant to send us to was at their sister property up the street. In the future it would be very helpful to have all front desk clerks have a better understanding of the layout of the propery they are representing. Further, having a bell captian on staff that can guide and help hotel guests with lugage to their room would be helpful as well.
