No coffee maker in the room. I called the front desk to see if there was free coffee and they connected me with the in room dining which then charged me $45 for a coffee. I told them I understood it was a free service and they said they would follow up. When I checked out the front desk indicated there was no charge so I assumed they had removed it but I found the $45 charge later and called customer service and had a very rude and frustrating interaction. The whole experience left a bad taste on what had otherwise been a nice hotel and I am disappointed that I won’t be going back considering the way I was treated.

Staff were wonderful and room was beautiful. I’ve stayed at less luxe hotels with more amenities, but overall the experience was great. In-room dining was excellent (the duck fat fries were especially good) and the bathrobes and linens provided were very luxurious.
