Hotel is advertised as free breakfast however no breakfast is offered staff said you have to purchase breakfast at their cafe. They also said that they are unable to change this on their website. No soaps or shampoo or coffee were provided in the room as well

The staff did not know how to work their own computer. They sent me up to a room that had not been clean. After 45 minutes of waiting for it to be cleaned, I asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund because I booked “online” and they think they could give me another room. (But were having trouble with the computer being slow which is code for not knowing how to work there own system.) I was about to leave and deal with Travelocity for the refund, but I was tired from 10 hours of driving and needed to sleep. After 1 1/2 hours of pushing them, they produced a room. The kicker was in the morning I asked, Where is the breakfast and coffee? They said, “We stopped offering that months ago and haven’t updated our website.” I’m a fan of Wyndham properties, but this was a hot mess. Should have paid the extra $40 for the Holiday Ex a block away.

Checking in required a little patience. Person didn’t seem to be very familiar with the process for some reason. We needed an extra pillow and were told we should just look on our floor for a housekeeping person. Someone did eventually bring the pillow. Otherwise, room was spacious, clean and modern. Could use a wastebasket in the bathroom. Only one tiny one beside the desk so had to bring any trash out of the bathroom and put it in there.

newer facility

Everything was new (carpeting, bathroom fixtures, flooring and furniture). Good diner next door open 24/7. Employees unable to answer questions regarding laundromat services. Apparently they did not register us properly when we arrived and had no record of us when we departed.
