The room is sloping towards the door, a large gap at the bottom of the door, as well slowing air and noise to come in to the room. The AC is leaking inside, wet floor and the smell of mildew. For one night (6 hours of stay) we tolerated it. But will not recommend if at least room 103 problems are not fixed.

Very hard beds and thin comforter but they do have heating. Clean facility although you can hear the pipes when people use water.

Fine for a quick stay...

Pros: It was good enough for the couple nights and in close proximity to here we needed to go.
Cons: Cleaner, use fabric softener and better quality towels and linens. Do store stuff over a toilet due to germs.
Location: Galleria was a 20 min walk away.
Fine for a quick stay but not much longer. Room should have been cleaner. Bed and linen cheap and uncomfortable. Price should have been under $100/night all in (with taxes and the like).

It's not worth the price. Trust me.

Pros: The cleaning staff were very friendly, the rooms had appropriate accommodations.
Cons: Fire the rude lady at the front and get someone who cares about customers.
Location: Fast food around the area.
The staff at this place are unbearable. I arrived with a few friends for a weekend retreat. The room was fine and had the appropriate accommodations. There were four of us and we decided to relax before going downtown, so we turned on the TV. We got a call shortly after at about 3:00pm. It was a woman at the front desk who said that we were having a party, shouting, stomping around, and needed to stop. Again, it was three in the afternoon and literally we were watching TV. We told her so and she told me I was lying and having a big party in my room. Solid customer service. About thirty minutes later we had another call to the room. Same lady, this time she told us that the room next door just got booked so we needed to keep quiet. Confused by these phone calls, I went to the front desk to talk with her. She was very cold and unfriendly, would not accept a hand shake from me, and did not want to have a conversation with her customers. We avoided the hotel for the rest of the trip, only coming in late at night to quietly enter the room and go to sleep. On the last night of our stay we got to the hotel and had trouble getting in. The handle appeared to have jiggled loose and it took us several attempts to get in. Upon leaving the next morning, I checked out at the front desk with the same lady and mentioned the handle. She accused me of breaking the door from our "party" and wanted me to pay for a new door. I left. 2/10, okay rooms, not worth the hassle from staff.
