Modern Casita on Waterfront

A recently renovated little house with contemporary touches and elements of extra coziness.

This Casita features a floor-to-ceiling Nanowall, a large picture window, plenty of natural light, and many other amenities that will make your stay on Wollochet Bay extra fabulous.

The property generously includes the use of two paddle boards, two kayaks, a fire pit, and a pickleball court. Just request paddles or life jackets and we will be happy to accommodate. These amenities are shared with the residents of the main house.

Please note, we do not accept company or certified checks as we do all our bookings directly through VRBO.

Immaculate stand alone casita with breath taking views of a secluded bay. Conveniently located to the historic downtown., it is a perfect get away.

Gorgeous little beachy cottage!
Peaceful, quiet water views from this tastefully decorated studio cottage. Very welcoming and kind hosts provided a designated parking pad at the main-house driveway. Cottage contained everything necessary for a perfect visit plus extras including snacks, bottled water, hair dryer/curling iron, washer/dryer/soap, coffee/tea, etc. Especially enjoyed the water-view deck and window seat. Comfortable, memory foam queen bed with quality linens. The only challenge for some might be the grassy incline down to the entrance of the cottage. Overall amazing stay and highly recommended!

Wonderful waterfront getaway
The cottage is immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The bird watching from our private deck was amazing. We shot many photos of Osprey hunting and eating fish. Kingfishers, herons and seals were common sightings. The pickleball court was an added bonus. We hope to return.

Great little home on the bay
This property looks smaller in the photos, but the area is used extremely well and makes it feel a lot larger than it actually is with an ice machine in the fridge, plenty of counter space around the stove, a washer dryer in the bathroom, and a huge shower. We did not feel cramped at all during our visit. Mornings consisted of opening up the accordion style patio doors and enjoying the 120° view of the bay with a cup of coffee. All of the furnishings were top quality and nothing felt cheap or flimsy like most fly by night ABnB accomidations. We used the fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, pickle ball court, and basket ball court filling our week with plenty of entertainment when we had to stay in. The hosts communicated promptly and were an absolute pleasure to deal with, only saw them once and they gave us privacy for the rest of our stay. 13/10 would rent again, loved this place and will definitly return.

A lovely spot for a quick getaway
The space is adorable with a lovely view. It's located on the owner's property, sort of in the back yard. They were very hospitable and responsive. It did get pretty warm inside and, to cool it off, I needed to open all the windows and doors and use a fan, which is fine if you don't mind the outdoors. Accessing restaurants and grocery stores is easy and the space felt really private despite being surrounded by other homes.

The perfect relaxing getaway!
Seeing herin and eagles in the morning, strolling through the parks in the afternoon, exploring Gig Harbor restaurants and breweries… does it get better than that? Truly beautiful home and the kindest people you could hope to meet. We can’t recommend this property high enough.
