My girlfriend and I came to stay and we were here a few hours and saw roaches, tried getting a refund and they said we’d have to wait until Monday to get the menu refunded when I paid in cash and they said I’d have to come back and get the money, like I don’t live anywhere near here and am not trying to drive all the way back here

Everything was dirty and smelled awful. We walked into the room and then proceeded to leave. Staff was rude.

Nothing, it was gross and disgusting. Stains of what appeared to be puke and other bodily fluids were all over EVERYTHING. We had to change rooms and were told that none of their rooms would be up to our standards. As a choice hotel I expected more.

Bath vanity was sagging, bath light switch upside down, chair leg broken, toilet and toilet seat very loose.

A very strange odor ,also carpet and sitting chair had dirty stains everywhere. Front desk manager was very helpful and polite. Bed was decent, but the pillows were horrible.

First of all, was charged $10.00 more then the reservation. Room was to have a frig and micro wave, no micro in the room. Wednesday morning, asked the desk person, he told me it would be in the room when we returned, NO Micro? Left a note Thursday morning in the room, [ where's my micro?] Got back Thurs. night, no micro. Saturday I talked to friends that I recommended they stay at this motel, and they said they had a micro in their room???? Saturday night got back to the room, and there was a micro wave, THANKS A LOT.

Convenient to highway. Room was a decent size. Some areas were in poor shape. Security was a joke; hallway doors that were supposed to require a room key were propped open, ground floor hallway windows were left open. One had obviously been entered before because the screen frame was bent from it being pryed open.

I booked a nonsmoking room and was given a very obvious smelly smoking room. Woke up with a headache. Even the bed and blankets smelled of heavy smoke. Everything was rundown and gross.

The non smoken room smell like smoke lound music playing out site was left open all the time drink machine sold out they didnt clean my room 1 time i had to goto front desk to get towels will not stay again
