This spacious 3824 square foot cabin features a private pool in the basement! 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are KING suite bedrooms, and one that offers two queen beds. This home is built on 4 levels. THE POOL IS INSIDE THE CABIN, IT IS OPEN ALL YEAR. NO NEED TO CHECK ON THIS, YES, IT WILL BE OPEN FOR YOU TO ENJOY!! The upper level has a bedroom and bathroom with shower toilet and sink, the main level features the kitchen, a king bedroom, living room and dining room. The lower level offers a pool table, game arcade and a theater area with leather recliners for 8 people. There is also a hot tub on the deck and a private pool in the basement, the lowest level. The indoor heated pool in the basement, is in a climate controlled room with a locking and self-closing door. The pool depth is 5 feet on the deep end and 3 feet on the shallow end. The pool is heated between 82 and 84°, and the air temperature in the room is generally between 80-84°. The size of the pool is 16'x8'. LOCATION: We are located in Townsend, the "Peaceful Side" of the Smoky Mountains. EASY DRIVE, all paved roads.
Our cabin is very close to the Great Smoky National Park. Within 13 minutes, or 6 miles, you could be enjoying the river at Metcalf Bottoms, or setting out on a hike! Just 18 minutes away, or 8 miles, is "The Sinks" swimming hole, and in just 11 minutes, you could be at the Townsend entrance to the National Park, at the Chestnut Top Trailhead, or on your way to Cades Cove!

If you are looking for all the excitement that Pigeon Forge offers, we are just 20 minutes straight down Wears Valley Rd. from tons and tons of restaurants, amusements, and theaters of all kinds. The "Island", the Outlet Shops, Dollywood, and more are all within 20-25 minutes. There are also several restaurants in Wears Valley, and Townsend, both less than 10 minutes away. The drive to our cabin is pretty easy with a direct shot down Wears Valley. Once you turn into our community (Rocky Top Estates), you'll have two switchbacks on paved roads, and then you are there, easy!
WIFI: YES, we have good wifi, and we have Roku TV's so you can stream all the movies from your favorite apps!

LIVING ROOM:
With vaulted ceilings, and custom barn wood wall, this room offers a dramatic entry, with sweeping views from the deck outside! We have a dining room table that seats 10, plus more seating at the bar stools in the kitchen. We have one queen sized futon in the living room, a giant TV, and DVD player.
GAME ROOM:
Down one level you'll find lots to do in the game area with a full-sized pool table, mini-fridge, video game arcade, 60 inch smart TV, and 8 leather movie theater recliners! We have Roku systems on all the TV's featuring hundreds of apps to stream movies on your favorite accounts. There are also lots of free movie channels too! Out on the deck you'll find the hot tub which holds 5-6 people. There is also a twin XL log bunk bed in this area.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well equipped, and offers stainless steel appliances. New stove/oven (2019), microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Besides dishes, glasses and silverware, you'll also find a blender, coffee maker, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, french press, electric griddle, immersion blender, hand mixer, serving dishes, and much more!! BEDROOMS:
Our cabin features 4 large bedrooms, each with either a private bath, or one just outside the door.
MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM:
Located on the main level, adjacent to the kitchen and living room, is a bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom is attached, with a jetted tub, shower, two sinks, hair dryer, and toilet, but is also shared with the living room.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM:
This room features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, attached bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a very large (and fun) air hockey table!
LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM 1:
Downstairs is another king bedroom with an attached full bathroom and flat screen TV.
LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM 3:
Our last king bedroom, with flat screen TV, and full bathroom is just outside the door. The downstairs rooms are just adjacent to the game area.
POOL ROOM:
Downstairs on another level is our private pool room! You'll find a private heated pool, a few chairs, large TV, and attached bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This room is decorated in a cute nautical theme. We also offer pool towels and some pool toys for fun. The pool room in the basement is in a climate controlled room with a locking and self-closing door. The pool depth is 5 feet on the deep end and 3 feet on the shallow end. No diving! The pool is heated between 82 and 84°, and the air temperature in the room is generally between 75 and 80°. Size of pool is 16'x8'
PARKING: Parking is limited to 3-4 cars maximum. The driveway will not hold more than 4 and THERE IS NO STREET PARKING. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY, NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED.
CANCELLATION Policy: Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to check-in date. For reservations cancelled from 1-59 days prior to check-in date, cleaning fee, damage insurance and pool fee will be returned, no refund on remainder.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION: On your check-in date, a $300 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.
