We have stayed at other places in Gatlinburg that the staff made you feel more welcome and inviting. But the view from our hotel was great, as was the walking distance to downtown.

Everything was good actually. I did see two bugs on my bed though. Not sure what kind of bugs they were

The hotel and property was nice, new and clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the room was smaller than I expected and Slightly overpriced.

Great like-new hotel, very good location on Airport Rd, next to Log Cabin Pancake House. About 2 blocks north of the parkway. Everything is very clean. Rooms & bathrooms are spotless. Only negative is the beds are extremely firm. We have been here twice in two weeks.

The property will be renovating from January 1 2024 to May 31 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
