This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were some of best I’ve encountered at any hotel, friendly, courteous and effective. We arrived on a Wednesday when they were having a weekly “social” so we were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, meatball sliders, Great Lakes beer on tap). The breakfast was also much better than anticipated and fresh unlike many hotels in this price bracket. This property would be top of the list if we visit Cleveland again.

I only stayed for one night but I must acknowledge the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. I really enjoyed Ms. Sunshine at breakfast. She takes pride in her job and makes sure to greet everyone in the morning. It felt just like home. The ladies is housekeeping were EXCEPTIONAL as well. Brany and Brittani were amazing. They do a phenominal job. Keira(sp) went above and beyond at check in. We wanted to find a place to eat nearby and made great recomendations. Overall a great place to stay and although I was there for leisure, I would definitely recommend for business travel due to the wonderful staff. 5STARS!
