My room was fine but smelled like smoke. The common areas inside and outside were sad…dirty and not maintained…dogs were running in the halls, carpets stained. There was no breakfast of any kind (other hotels have been able to currently provide a breakfast) and there was never anyone at the desk or answering the phone…staff was outside smoking and visiting. Will never use this hotel again.

Very dirty, floors were very sticky, carpets were heavily stained. Elevator walls were broken with holes in them. Ran out of toilet paper in the room with no spares in room. Paper towels were empty but found some in cabinet. Saw large bag of garbage in front of elevator door on 5th floor.

Convenient location

Nice location off of 77. Being that it’s the last hotel on the street it’s a little more quiet than the others because you don’t have cars driving past. The building and my room in particular was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only issue was the A/C malfunctioned but not that big of a deal as we arrived very late and left early.

dont stay here

I was stuck in a snow storm the 26 was shut down I couldn’t make it to my hotel obviously . I ended up sleeping on the floor at tye hilton on new years eve with 70 other stranded motorists i called the hotel, Travelocity called the hotel i tried to get the amount charged credited and no one atvthe hotel would accommodate me or help - I would never stay at this chain-EVER- I called the hotel, Travelocity calles the hotel it was ridiculous
