Beautiful property. Well manicured. Almost all staff was courteous. ALMOST! Almost as if you were on an island to itself. Check in is a fictional 4:PM. Us an a whole lot others had to wait because rooms were not ready. Maybe the owner needs to hire more staff?There's a Huge seaweed pile up on the balcony side and it STINKS. Not minor stink but major STINK! Smells like a whole lot of dead fish PILED UP. Maybe the owner should do something about that? I saved the best for last. We arrived on Thursday the room wasn't cleaned till Saturday and when were got back to the room on Saturday after it was cleaned not only did we have to go begging for clean towels a clothing item was missing. Somehow my dress t shirt walked out of that room???? Not a good look. I wont be staying there ever again and i wont be recommending that place.

Liked the rooms, beaches and grounds. Housekerping kept the room clean. Dining was vety much subpar. We haf stayed here yrsrs ago and haf no complaints about foid or service. This time many of the staff were friendly and courteous but, others reslky missed the mark. At least one served a number of white peoole while a black patron waited. Another didnt acknowledge a blavk person while acknowledging others.

St. James' Club was awesome! They were very attentive. Due to COVID restrictions, house cleaning was every other day. However, the house cleaning crew had to be reminded to stay on schedule. Other than that all staff and services were very accommodating.

The staff was very friendly. We received a room upgrade when we arrived. We were only staying 3 nights and having a beachfront room was perfect. Loved the large bathroom! The property was clean but could use some updating.

They had a beach facing the Atlantic Ocean and they had a beach on the bay side. They have five pools and five places to eat. The place is well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everyone speaks English and the take dollars. They have Suba diving, snorkeling, off-shore fishing boats right at their dock. Our room was large and clean facing the bay and was clean each day. The food was good with a large variety.

we had no water for the first two days , then when we got water it was cold we had no hot water . We had ants all over the kitchen that housekeeping would only wipe down with a wet cloth
