The lady at the front desk didn’t want to give me a room with a view. She offered me one looking the other way. When I told her I had paid for the room with a view, she maintained that was not the case. After I showed her my reservation, she said she would give me a room with a view. When I went upstairs, the room was still not the kind I had paid for. I found especially annoying that she lied to me and that it was not until I threatened to cancel the room that she gave me what I had requested.
