"Reservation means first-come first-served." Called early to confirm late check-in. Arrived to find that my room was pick a story: dirty, out-of-order, someone in it. No suggestions to find a room. Dirty, sketchy, roach on the wall in the lobby.

The 8 shopping carts in the parking lot should have been a warning. First, I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk but I could hear the clerk laughing with other staff behind the door in the office. Next issue was the cleanliness of the room; not only was the trash left from the previous guest in the bathroom and under the sink, there was food drippings and chunks all over the kitchen counter. This lead me to check the microwave which had a food explosion inside which was never cleaned. The crown jewel of nastiness was the pee and pubic hair in the toliet, which was never cleaned.
I thought that housekeeping hadn't been there from the last guest but there was fresh towels in the rack and the bed was made, so they had been there. The room my cousin and her daughter stayed in was just as bad but they were able to change rooms.
I complained to management about the conditions the next day and he said he would try and issue a partial refund but I have yet to see it. I wish this website would allow me to post pictures. (I took them to show management)
Best to stay away from this place unless you want to take a chance of getting a staff infection!

The outside cleanness wasn't the best. The inside carpet was very stain but overall, It was good. The fire alarm went off at 12:30 3 times. That was very scary for the little kids
