I have stayed here before with no issues. This time the check in employee was frustrated that I arrived two hours before check in and immediately said I could not check in and she got in trouble last week because she allowed someone. I explained I have checked in early before and was told if rooms are available it wasn't an issue. Staff then, with attitude, looked for another room. A room was available and then when she saw I was from Gaffney, she proceeded to tell me they are not suppose to allow resident's to stay. Regardless, she proceeded to 'find' me a room and let me know I will not be allowed to check in early again and stay if I'm a resident. I wanted to let you know I have stayed in Choice hotels in several areas and this is the first I have been treated rudely.
