The property was clean, safe and pleasing to the eye. However, my family and I were quite disappointed with the amenities. There are no microwaves in the rooms, therefore, we had to use a microwave in the lobby. There are only 2 microwaves to service the entire hotel which consists of 6 floors. Quite inconvenient. My family consists of 4 people so by the time everyone’s food had been heated and returned to the room….it wasn’t hot anymore. Also the rooms could use better lighting. At night, the room is poorly lit due to limited lighting.

Ask front desk at check in that I found room rate lower showed them rate that was on line and they said you couldn’t match it found it a little confusing
