The staff was awesome, especially Ann, the housekeeper........The room was awful, furniture was all banged up, half the outlets didn't work, ripped sheets, bathroom sink was peeling apart, shower was rusted....but everything was clean thanks to Ann. It needs a whole makeover, from top to bottom. The carpet was awful. A much needed makeover and it would be a TON better
