I was told I would get a text before I arrived, letting me know my room was ready. I got the text after I had already checked in in person. No additional sheets nor blanket for the sofa. People were nice, but did not receive as advertised.

The highway to Grand Junction was closed due to mudslides. We called the previous day to cancel and were told that it was not possible. Ultimately, we ate the lodging fees.

Very nice hotel. Had a bit of construction going on but things were not chaotic. Easy access. Parking reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Clean well-designed comfortable

Pros: everything
Cons: for the price, nothing
Location: In the heart of Grand Junction, lots of eateries, shops, brew pubs, sculptures, seemed very safe, though we didn't have time to explore GJ.
We wanted to overnight in Grand Junction on our way from West Coast to Denver, by train. We also wanted to rent a car, which meant a trip to the airport on the other end of town. No problem, they shuttled us out to pick up the car, and then back to pick us up after the drop-off, very short wait time for the shuttle. Also, shuttled us back and forth to Amtrak station, again, very short wait--none at all for the return to Amtrak. Attitude of desk was, Yes, we can do that. Highly recommend this hotel.
