Awesome location!! !!! Out in the country but only a short distance to downtown. Every bedroom had a private bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. Loved everything about it!!

Excellent Property for Couples in Great Location
This home is perfect for couples traveling together. It is difficult to find a place with all king beds and a private bath for each bedroom! We enjoyed the location away from Fredericksburg Main Street but just a few minutes drive from the shops and wineries. We would definitely stay here again. However, there could be a little more attention to detail on maintenance but not nothing severe enough to disrupt our stay. (some burned out lightbulbs in one of the bathrooms, 2 hair dryers did not work)

Fun Fall Wine Getaway!
Our group of 7 adults thoroughly enjoyed the Farmhouse. Very comfortable for multiple couples. Great kitchen and common area. We used the hot tub and fire pit each night. Propane tank was empty for the grill but we were pleased to see a replacement fairly quickly.

It worked out perfect for our group of 6 women. The location was great. We went River tubing, visited many wineries and some breweries too. We enjoyed Fredericksburg and ate at some great restaurants. Meadows Farmhouse was so cute and we felt right at home. The 4 bedroom suites were nice and private and our only complaint was no closet space or dressers so we had to keep all of our clothes in our suitcases. We loved the cute kitchen and even though the weather was over 100 daily, we did use the outdoor area and played corn hole. We would definitely return.

Great house for a girls' trip. All bedrooms/baths are the same so everyone has their own area. Convenient to town. Great time!

Great interior but outdoor areas need work
Rented for birthday celebrations for friends from all over the country. Tried to spend time outside. The fire pit is awesome. However, the outdoor grill needs replacing. The general condition was deteriorated and filthy. Only 1 burner worked. Also the outdoor electrical plug was not operational. The hot tub did not look clean enough to get in- based on the color of the water, chemicals were probably off. Screens on screened porch were all torn. All easy fixes. If fixed, would stay here again.

Meadows weekend
We had a great weekend . Everyone enjoyed the property . From the wonderful individual king bedrooms with baths to the very nice and functional outdoor space. Only a few minor issues that were Attended to quickly by the management. Truly enjoyed our stay and would go back to again
