Room looked like everything was new. Bathroom was very nice. Shower head was great, water pressure also. No microwave, not a big deal. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome, in the theatre district. Valet parking available with two other garages close by. View from the midow was great. Comfortable bed

Great experience at a great price
Check-in was smooth, staff were very friendly + accommodating, and the property as well as the room were in excellent shape. They offer complimentary luggage storage which was very handy. We were also treated to drinks at the bar free of charge at happy hour. The hotel is in a pretty good location where you feel safe and can travel to your destinations conveniently. There are plenty of bars and places to eat nearby, including the STK restaurant across the street which was magnificent. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again when I return to Chicago.
