The outside of the property looked a tiny bit scary, but the inside of the property was clean and inviting. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the pool was closed. We often choose were we are staying based on if they have a pool or not. Staff was nice and friendly.

While the outside of this hotel may not look so great , the rooms, breakfast area , etc are all updated, clean, and a great value for what I paid. the breakfast was fantastic, the king mattress slept great.

Do not stay here if there is another option.

Filthy room. Carpet obviously not clean or vacuumed. Trash and food crumbs around the trash can near the desk (just a few feet from the beds), covered in ants and the desk was also covered in ants, so nowhere to really set your stuff, especially food. Flies had also taken residence in the room, for every one we killed another showed up. Mold in the dirty bathroom. Toilet seat had gouges in it making it unpleasant, looked like a typical roadside gas station bathroom. Brownish marks/stains on the bed'so top cover a day comforter. Dusty. The big issue aside from Cleanliness was that the room was at ground level with a public walkway going right past the room's large window, and the window opened easily with no latch or lock. Anyone could easily open it and come right in. Zero security. What a dump.
