I called the Front desk and requested a room change because The people that were above my room had children and were running around and dropping things and keeping me awake. The gentleman at the front desk said that because I’d already used my room that it was not possible to change unless I basically paid for another night which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard . Needless to say even after he spoke with the people above me the noise continued until 1 AM and started up again at 5:30 AM . I definitely would not recommend or stay at this hotel again because I expected to get a good nights sleep and I even offered to pack my stuff up and change rooms but was not able to do so unless I wanted to pay for another night .

Decent for the price you pay .

Short stay with family for the weekend, could have been a little cleaner . Needs some updating . But a great value we would stay again.

Nice place, access was kind of restricting

Pros: Clean, quite, comfortable.
Cons: Put a notepad and pen in each room.
Location: Everything is close if you can figure out how to get to it.
Nice place to stay, no problems. But the free breakfast buffet wasn't all that great. The breakfast hours were very limited and not much of a choice, but what do you expect? Biggest problem and it wasn't with the hotel,it was the access to and off the freeway - if you were familiar with it, it was a nightmare the first couple of times.

Room Not Cleaned

Pros: N/A
Cons: Carpet cleaning, exchange out the shower curtain from white cloth to perhaps clear plastic.
Location: The hotel was surrounded by a lot of great restaurants, freeway and th the center I was visiting.
The shower was dirty, carpet was dirty w/black sticky spots. Also, I had something fall behind the dresser and when I pulled the dresser from the wall there was a palm sized dead salamander and trash.

More negatives than positives, but good location

First, I'll focus on the positives. The night clerk was very friendly and the room was ready for us on time. It is very close to the hospital, which is why we chose this hotel However, the negatives outweigh the positives. The "non-smoking" room smelled of old smoke. The walls were so thin we could hear every conversation held by the people in the next room. My children did not need to hear the cursing going on over there and I blame the hotel for having such thin walls in between each unit. Additionally, the room simply wasn't clean. I didn't want to take off my shoes. I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Stayed in this hotel for a business meeting in the area. Location is close to major highways, friendly staff, 3 restraurants within walking distance, didn't hear any noise from other roooms, free wifi worked fine. Good hotel to get some rest in during short stays.
