I booked 2 Queen beds and got 1King and a couch. Asked the front desk to correct the mistake and they said they didn’t have any other rooms available to fulfill my booking. The only reason I chose this hotel was we needed 2 Queen beds. This lowers my trust in Travelocity and La Quinta.

1. Malodor as we walked into room 2. Feces on wall below toilet paper holder 3. Water soaked carpet in front of room heater(another guest had same problem) 4. Foot/hand prints on ceiling 5. Bath faucet impossible to adjust for desired temperature (it was either scalding hot or freezing cold) 6.soft spot on floor in front of tv cabinet 7. Pillows were like cement bags covered in pillow case 8. Bed so uncomfortable, caused back stiffness 9. Complimentary breakfast coffee and orange juice tasted as if ran through same filter 10. Roach in bathroom 11. Room heater output was high heat, adjustment did nothing to lower temperature

Disappointing Accommodations

Pros: It was located near our family.
Cons: The overall maintenance of the structure.
Location: The hotel was easy to find and near the highway so that one could get to restaurants and other destinations.
The beds were comfortable, room fairly quiet, and fairly large. The bathtub had mold in the corners of the tub; the toilet ran every few minutes and the lid came completely off, although we were able to place the toilet lid back onto the toilet structure ourselves. We talked with management concerning the toilet. A maintenance worker came to our room, but we were unable to speak clearly with the employee due to a language barrier. The toilet was never fixed during our 4-night stay. For a newer hotel, it is not well kept or managed particularly well.

Hotel Stay

Pros: The cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere was excellent.
Cons: Leave some soap and water in the fridge as well as cool drinks.Also change the Check-in time to 12 noon and check out at 11:00 am
Location: Location is good. we have come to attend a conference so basically we were busy with conference. Also the check in time needs to be Changed to 12 noon
Hotel staff were charming and welcoming.Good service.Breakfast was good and so was the front office staff.

Okay hotel

The view from the hotel was beautiful of Lake Worth. At first the room looked nice, then I noticed that there was soap scum all over the bathroom counter, black stuff on the shower curtain and a yellow stain on the pull out couch. Other than that we had a nice stay.

I feel the bathroom could have been outfitted with a grab bar in the tub shower. The bath tub floor was very smooth and slick. The shower head couldn’t be moved to any position, so you had to stand very close to the shower head to get the suds off. This was not very helpful to the elderly person taking the shower. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

It was ok

Hotel was decent but a little worn. It is a pet friendly facility but some pet owners don't take care to clean up after their pets.

Nice affordable hotel close to tourist attractions

The hotel was conveniently located to desired tourists attractions with an affordable price. Clean, very friendly staff and great breakfast included. Good water temp and pressure in shower. Attractive view of lake at poolside. Also close to dining and shopping.

Loved the lake view and close to lots of food

Pros: The breakfast, the room space!
Cons: Only problem is I couldn't find the stairs at all! No signs!
Location: Lots of food, and stores nearby also the lake! Like 10 mins away from the stock yards!
Nice hotel, room was very nice and clean and good amount of space! Pool was nice, and so was staff! Breakfast had a ton to choose from! Great hotel for the price!!
