The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation so it wasn't, understandbly, in pristine condition. The room was very comfortable and clean, though, and the staff were very friendly. Maybe because of the construction, or not, don't know, but the breakfast bar was a little lean. Overall, a good night's stay for good value.

Breakfast could be better. Bathroom floor needed cleaning around the perimeter. Key cards didn't work half the time.

Were apologize for the unsatisfactory breakfast and cleaning of the floor in the Bathroom. We however cannot stop ones keys from deactivating due to they are simple plastic keys with magnet strips on the back, putting to close to any cell phone, debit/credit card, or certain types of metals with in-fact make the keys not work. We have spoken to our over night breakfast attendant in hopes of improving the breakfast served to our guest here. We do hope to see you again, and we appreciate the time for leaving an honest review.

Nothing , last 5 or so stays have been horrible , maid service cant understand , speak or read english , have no courtesy towards guest that work late and sleep late , continual entry to my room with a do not disturb signs , intentional harassment , never to stay af that location again ...

Dirty room. Walla had god know what all over them. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Dark depressing room. Sheets for blankets, in January. Fire alarm false alarms in the middle of the night. Staff unfriendly and unattentive. Our plans changed and hotel refused to give refund, even though we told them of our plans before checking in. Will not stay here again.

We're terribly sorry for the inconveniences you had to be put through while you stayed at the property. To clarify, we will work better on the issues of the "depressing rooms" as we have recently just started renovating, however, anytime a fire alarm has gone off we assure you it was no false alarm. We really do you would wish you would give our property a chance once again in the near future!

They have curtains that don't shut. Five street lights shine in all night. There is a strong unpleasant odor to the hotel. I am not one to complain but the lights shining in were unacceptable. King size bed came with four tiny pillows, I had to use three of them to attempt to block the light from the street lights.

Convenient

Pros: The convenience to all locations I needed to reach in town.
Cons: An update on the website about no longer having a fitness center would've been helpful.
Good place to stay for a quick visit. Easy access to area activities but didn't have much to offer if you were staying in the hotel itself. Location was surprisingly loud if your room was located on the street side. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, even though there appeared to be some remodeling happening.

Family Reunion Trip to Texas

Pros: convenient location for our event
Cons: Clean the place!
This hotel was very disappointing. The rooms seemed fine upon arrival. The lobby and hallway had an unpleasant odor. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom floor behind the toilet was disgusting. You could see the filth while taking a shower. We look forward to swimming when traveling. The pool seemed nice when we arrived, we touched the water late at night to check it out. The next 2 days the pool was not usable.. there were leaves, garbage and a table umbrella in the pool. I took photos and sent them to the hotel customer service. We would have stayed elsewhere but did not have time to make changes... our days were filled with activities, we only slept at the hotel. They were out of Orange Juice, 6am Saturday morning. We had two rooms. One room was not serviced, the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. They brought in clean towels, that was it. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
