Every bedroom has their own en suite bath and private space to relax. Then come together in the open living and kitchen on 2nd floor with balcony and gulf views. Main bedroom with 3rd floor private balcony features seating and gulf views. Two first floor king bedroom suites with en suite baths. Large third floor tower and bunk room sleeps six with en-suite full bath and west gulf views.

FIRST FLOOR-The ground level first floor offers 2 large king size bedrooms each with its own attached private full bath. Bedroom 1(east) has a king-sized bed with fresh and comfortable white duvet and en suite full bath with shower. Bedroom 1 has an exterior door which enters from the front porch. All linens, including duvet covers, are fresh for every guest. Bedroom 1 also has a flat screen TV with Mediacom cable and wifi. Bedroom 2 (west) is also located on the first floor and has a king-size bed and en suite full bath with jetted tub and separate custom shower. The ground level also has a sink and beverage refrigerator at the entrance to private pool (not heated). The pool equipped with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a charcoal grill.

SECOND FLOOR-On the second floor, the chef's kitchen is complete with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Families will love the open floor plan and plenty of seating at the over-sized quartz bar. The family room has comfortable seating and large flat screen TV with Mediacom cable and wifi. Gulf views from the bay window in great room. The 2nd floor balcony has a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a meal al fresco, and additional seating to enjoy gulf views and breezes. The second floor has a half bath off of the living area and a separate laundry room with laundry sink, iron, and drying rack.

THIRD FLOOR- On the 3rd floor, kids will love the large bunk room and soaring tower room with en suite full bathroom with shower. This room sleeps a total of 6. The tower room sleeps 4 (two sets of twin-sized built-in bunk beds) with a soaring 20 foot ceiling and has a TV with Mediacom cable. The bunk room sleeps 2 (2 individual twin-sized beds)with west facing windows and a gorgeous sunset view.

The 3rd floor master bedroom is adjacent to the bunk room. The master has a king size bed with fresh comfortable linens. The en suite full bath has double sinks with quartz counter tops and large custom shower with gulf views. The master accesses a private balcony with seating to enjoy eastern gulf views.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS-Our beach access is simply amazing. Dune Drifter is one home from beach front and approximately 40 steps to the beach walk. With only 9 homes on our gated street, the beach is never crowded and it's just so close. Dune Drifter is on the beach side of 30A (no street to cross). *Please note that the HOA of this private beach asks tents be placed on back 1/3 of beach to avoid blocking views. We provide 10 portable beach chairs and 2 Beach Bub umbrella systems for do-it-yourself use. You may also rent beach chairs and umbrella set up along with kayaks and SUP at beachside from Beach Chairs 4 U. Bonfires are also available by Beach Chairs 4 U as they require a permit from Walton County. Sand toys located next to pool.
