    About this property

    New Boat Lift! Kayaking Paradise!!!

Check out my other VRBO properties with great reviews: A wonderful and relaxing place to spend your vacation. Lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile in Saint James City, which is tastefully decorated in a a coastal style. It has a large sun room with a large TV screen. The kitchen is ample and well equipped with new appliances. The living room is nicely furnished and has a 50 inch screen TV. Outside, there is a new gas grill and a fish cleaning station. The mobile has a one car garage and is on a private lot, not in a mobile park. If you have a boat, bring it along and you can use the new boat lift. There is room on the property to park your boat trailer. This area is known for some of the best fishing for snook, redfish, trout, grouper, snapper, pomoano, cobia and more. Make your way to the north past Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa to the waters around Boca Grande Pass and find the largest tarpon population in the world, or just relax and fish the sandy flats and mangroves, just minutes away. There are two kayaks available in the garage.

    5/5 Excellent

Very clean and well equipped property on a really great canal in a great "Old Florida" community

Watching the parade of boats go out in the morning and back in the evening, right from the back porch, was exactly what we had hoped for. Abundant wildlife, as the other side of the canal is nature preserve. We saw dolphins and manatees regularly right off the dock. The property owner made everything easy and was a pleasure to talk with. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up from us!

    5/5 Excellent

Our stay was only for two nights. The home is charming and very clean.

The address numbers are very hard to see on the mailbox. We would stay here again.

    5/5 Excellent

Nice quaint fishing town. Everything you need for a fishing getaway

Property was good. Best part boat ramp and covered dock with fish cleaning station. No launch fees or parking issues. Home was very clean. Everything was provided for our stay including a new grill and bikes to ride around the area. It was a very short beautiful ride to open water. I will be staying again!!!
