Filthy torn carpeting that was not vacuumed until requested. Supplies not refilled unless requested. Beach was closed due to city resupplying sand; however. property never attempted to notify of this. Property is not welcoming to visitors of resort guests.

The unit was clean, modern and spacious. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room for many people. The beach was nothing special compared to other properties I have stayed at in Florida. The food and beverages are overpriced. The wait staff attempted to overcharge us twice.

Bed smell like sweat flooes had hair not ckean at all hosekepping spwnd 5 mins in the room hair from other pepole was on the head board i spent $934 for 2 nites... valet parking they drive your car like they just don't care for breakfast you only get biscuits and muffins cranberry juice and you have to pay extra for sausage bacon eggs Etc that doesn't come with breakfast you spent all this money for this hotel and this is what you get

I love it, the room was very clean for me that’s the most important. I stayed at the penthouse room was an spectacular ocean and city view, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Thank you and keep it like that👌❤️

The hotel did not have my reservation in there system at time of check in. Front desk staff Rey was very rude and humiliating as he told me it was my problem that the 3rd party had not sent the information for my booking. As if this was not bad enough when we checked out even though my room was paid for in advance they still charged me $400 for unknown charges & Im still waiting for a call back!

lets start with check-in I prefer hotel rewards members & generally get a complimentary upgrade when available. We even tipped the guy " to take care of him" and he made us believe he got us an amazing room but needed to wait for them to prepare it. 2 hrs later we checked in to the same room they had originally booked us in. so baisically he lied. OK fine! it's still 4.5 start hotel right? WRONG Well lets now talk about the elevators 20 min wait on average for an elevator and when it shows up to your floor it is full. so prepare to take stairs even if you are on the 36th floor. Now lets move to the beach. Short beach with chairs lined up like sardines & you get 1 mini towel per person, 1 lounge chair per adult & 1umbrella per room. OMG seriously this was awful. Ok now the pool... so nice BUT not enough chairs...very small pools/not enough chairs for even 1/4 of the hotel. VERY disappointing. what makes it even better that they charge you $25/day resort fee for amenities like the pool ; ( so disgusting when we barely could use. Lastly lets get to the worst part....the staff who lie and ignore and have no sense of customer service. I was treated with utter disrespect from an anti-semitic director "Bianka" I will spare you the horrific details. Lets just say 90% of the guests were jewish and she approached me to make her point with a finger in my face with the words "you people". I think you get the picture. WORST trip to FL-stayed at Lowes/fontainbleau never had this#stayaway

The best hotel Ever

Pros: Everything, all staff was so wonderful, the pool, the jacuzzi, the beach, my suite, the view on my room was breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous
Cons: The elevator too slow, I was not able to take the stairs, we were on the 36th floor
Location: Location was great, safety is very important because I was there with my whole family, all employees were so nice and helpful, local nightclubs,
Excellent service from the front desk, personal in the pool, they have a great restaurant on the 9th floor, a gym, spa, it was me , my husband and my 3 children ages( 28,25,and 15), and we all loved it
