We were early and were told that they would call us when a room became available. That didn’t happen and we went to the front desk when someone walked in and was given a room. We then went to the front desk and were given a room. They shouldn’t say they would do something and not follow through. Everything else was fine. We would probably stay here again but try not to get here early.

Overall things worked out but I must warn we started off on the wrong foot with a room that smelled funky. They were nice enough to change it no questions asked but the next room was no better. We plugged in our devices and all the power went off! (I can’t make this stuff up) It would have been no big deal and just another complaint but our kids were asleep. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Management was super accommodating and empathetic but it was definitely an unpleasant experience. From there on it was ok but damn those first few moments really sucked!

This hotel is in a great location but needs some love ! I don’t know what happen during any past renovations but what a sloppy mess. I definitely needs some work . I’m going back to Tru by Hilton

Property is in severe need of renovations. The carpets are all stained, the metal work in the rooms rusty and in general its way past its prime. Very very poor for a Hilton.
