I fell in lobby they had a wet floor sign but the rug was a few feet from door and wet floor was not covered and no one offer to help me occurred around 5pm on 12/16

GLO Best Western was convenient for our one night stay before our cruise. The shuttle from the airport was great and on time. The hotel also has, for a fee shuttle to the port which was cheaper than Uber. Breakfast was basic choices waffles, eggs, etc. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only concern we had was noise. We heard traffic all night even with air on but for one night it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.
