Check in was very slow. Too much unnecessary chit chat by the girl working with the people in front of us. Was oblivious to the 4 people waiting in line. And didn’t tell any of us we needed to swipe our card in the elevator in order to make it work. Very frustrating. People kept getting on and off. Took 10 minutes to get upstairs.

The ice machine was broken so we had to wait for the (very long) elevator in order to go to the lobby and get ice from a tub. There are no fridges in the rooms, the hot tub was broken, and thrown itself was average with a dirty bathroom. For $330 a night, I expect a MUCH better hotel stay.
