Loved this place when we stayed before. Overhead light kept coming on at random times without anyone touching it. Skidding glass door wouldn’t lock. I was disappointed to report these things and my jetted tub was broken three separate days and times and no one ever came to look at it. Couldn’t even use it. Very disappointed. Overheard another person who was experiencing the same thing concerning issues with their room. This is a wonderful resort and disappointing to know it is not being kept up well.

The property is beautiful and well maintained.The service we received was disappointing. our room for nine days was cleaned once. there were no pots or pans, not one in the room and we waited three days for them.

This property was ok. The staff was very friendly. I think it needs some updates to the property. It’s not very clean. Probably won’t be staying here again. I will try a different resort on the island.
